New Challenge at Crafty Sentiments Designs: Water

Últimamente es pensar en agua y venirme a la cabeza sirenas, será por que ya está aquí en nada el verano.

There´s a new challenge starting today at Crafty Sentiments Designs which theme is: WATER.
Lately when I think about water what comes to my mind are mermaids, must be because Summer is coming.

He hecho un shaker card, que es un formato al que nunca le había puesto un sello de sirena. El sello en cuestión se llama Annabel Mermaid´s hair y lo puedes encontrar aquí
I´ve made a shaker card, something I´ve never made before with a mermaid stamp. The digi is called Annabel Mermaid´s hair and you can find it here

Annabel está coloreada con rotuladores Copic con las siguientes combinaciones:
Annabel is coloured with Copic markers in the next combinations:
- Piel/skin:E13,E11,E21,E00,E93,E95
-Cabello/hair: Y21,Y23,E15,E18
-Cola/tail:YR14,YR16,YR18,E08,R05
-Cepillo/brush:BV20,BV25, W1
-Top/top: G00,G03,G05 Stickles diamonds

En cuanto al fondo, he tilizado Copics BG000 y BG01 para punterar el espacio alrededor de la sirena. Posteriormente, he utilizado tintas Distress en varios tonos verdosos y azulados, he estampado un sello imitando a unas algas, así como unas burbujas a las que he aplicado fondo de embossing transparente. Por último, he fundido con la pistola de aire caliente algunos polvos frantage.
Regarding the background, I´ve used Copic BG000 and BG01 to apply little dots around our mermaid. After that, I´ve used Distress inks in several blue and green tones. I´ve stamped a floral stamp which looks like seaweed, and other stamp of bubles embossed with clear embossing powder. Finally, I´ve melt with my heat gun some embossing enamel frantage (white and gold).

El marco de la tarjeta, que está hecho pegando varios marcos de cartulina con purpurina azul, está hecho con dos rectángulos festoneados de diferentes tamaños. He pegado juntos unos cinco, para que hubiese espacio entre el acetato y el panel con la imagen y las lentejuelas a modo de estrellitas se moviesen libremente.
The card frame is made with several blue glitter cardstock frames, made with two scalloped rectangles of different sizes. I´ve glued like five frames one on top of the other in other to get room between the acetate and the panel with the image, so the little star sequins could move around easily.
