Ching Chou Kuik: Breaking Dawn

Hoy  vengo a enseñaros mi segundo trabajo de inspiración para el reto vigente en el blog de retos de Ching Chou Kuik, cuyo tema es:

I´m here today to show you my second inspiration project for the current challenge at Ching Chou Kuik´s challenge blog, which theme is:

AMIGOS DE CUATRO PATAS

FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS

Mi proyecto es una tarjeta hecha con una bonita imagen llamada "Breaking Dawn" (Amanecer) y que podéis encontrar aquí.

My project is a card made with a beautiful image called "Breaking Dawn" that can be found here.

El hada está coloreada con rotuladores Copic en su totalidad, aunque las alas llevan también una capa de Liquid Pearls.

The fairy is coloured with Copic markers, but I´ve also applied a layer of Liquid Pearls on the fairy´s wings.

En cuanto a las estructura y diseño de la tarjeta, es muy sencilla: Lo primero fue hacer un marco blanco con dos troqueles de círculos con falso cosido, pegado a un trozo de cartulina turquesa circular al que previamente había dado textura (embossing en frío) con una carpeta de textura y entintado con Distress Oxide.

Regarding the structure, and the design of the card, it's  very simple: The first step was to make a white frame with two stitched circles dies, then, I placed behind of the frame a turquoise circle embossed and inked with Distress Oxide.

Sobre este marco coloqué la imagen con foam adhesivo bastante gordito y alrededor del marco y del hada, pegué unas flores, todas hechas a mano, excepto las grises que son de Prima. Las flores están pegadas a distintos niveles, unas directamente y otras con foam a distintas alturas.

I placed the image on the frame with adhesived foam (pretty thick) and arround the frame I glued some flowers (all handmade except for the grey ones that are Prima´s) at different heights (some with glue, others with one or two layers of adhesived foam).

En la base de la tarjeta en blanco, coloqué  la misma cartulina texturizada en turquesa y en la parte superior un troquelado, (regalo de mi compañera Jackie) que tiene toques de Stickles de Ranger en tono Diamond (igual que las flores hechas por mi).
On the white base of the card I placed a turquoise cardstock and at the top a white die-cut (a present from my DT friend, Jackie)

Por último, el sentimiento, un "Hello Friend" de un set de troqueles de Spellbinders.
Finally, the sentiment, a "Hello Friend" from a Spellbinders set.
