Ojalá que traigas contigo sonrisas, porque donde hay sonrisas hay color, cientos de colores con todos sus distintos matices, y aunque esos matices se acompañen de inevitables sombras, que éstas sean tranquilas y fugaces, necesarias sólo para resaltar a su compañera la luz.
I wish you come with lots of smiles for all of us, because where there are smiles, there are lots of colors in every shade, and although some of the shades come with shadows, let them be easy and fleeting, only there to accompany the light.
Qué mejor para mí comenzar mi andadura en enero acompañada de una imagen de Conie Fong
The best way for me to begin with your path this January is accompanied with an image of Conie Fong.
Para mi primer trabajo de inspiración de este mes, he utilizado una preciosa imagen llamada "Butterfly Kisses" (besos de mariposa), coloreada con rotuladores Copic y algunos toques de lápices Polychromo de Faber-Castell.
For my first inspiration project of the year, I´ve used a gorgeous image called "Butterfly Kisses", coloured with Copic markers and some details with Faber-Castell Polychromos.
The Copic combinations used are as follows:
-Piel/Skin:V20,E11,E21,E01,E00,E000,R20
-Ojos/eyes:BG72,BG70,B34
-Labios/lips:RV32,RV13,RV34,R39
-Cabello/hair:E41,E43,E44,E55,Y28,E47
-Flores y mariposas azules/blue flowers and butterflies:B34,B32,B60,Y11
-Flores y mariposas fucsias/fuschia flowers and butterflies: R39, R37,RV32,RV34, Y11,E55
-Vestido/dress:BG18,BG75,BG72,BG70,B60
-Fondo/background:Y11,RV10,blender
Tanto las mariposas como el vestido llevan toques sutiles de brillo de mi inseparable Stickles de Ranger en tono Diamond (podéis apreciarlo mejor en la siguiente foto de detalle)
Both the butterflies and the dress have soft touches of Ranger´s Stickles (Diamond), as you can see at the next picture
Regarding the structure of the card, I´ve used watercolour paper for the base (for its texture and the heavyweight). I´ve used a border punch at the top edge, but sadly the border punch has "died in action" (this is the bad side of the heavyweight paper).
El panel con la imagen está troquelado con un rectángulo festoneado con falso cosido de La Pareja Creativa, que ya me habéis visto en otros trabajos.
The panel with the image is die cut with a scalloped rectangle with false stitches for "La Pareja Creativa".
El panel lo he montado sobre una cartulina texturizada fucsia, que es la misma que veis debajo del papel decorado de flores, de la misma colección que el resto de papel decorado de la tarjeta (Grand Hotel de Stamperia).
This panel is placed on a textured fuschia cardstock, the same you can see below of the decorated flowered paper, which is from the same collection than the rest of the decorated paper (Stamperia´s Grand Hotel).
Con esta misma colección he troquelado las mariposas de papel que acompañan a las preciosas mariposas de Conie y de esa misma colección es el sentimiento "With Love" (con amor).
With this paper collection I´ve die cut the little paper butterflies that accompanied the beautiful ones drawn by Conie, and from the very same collection is the sentiment,"With Love".
The decorated paper with aquamarine shades is also die cut with the same border punch than the card base.
el último detalle fue colorear un chipboard de Kora Projects con Copic BV18 (a juego con el vestido) y colocarlo entre el panel y el segundo papel decorado.
The final detail was to place a Kora´s chipboard, coloured with Copic BV18 (matching the dress) and place it between the panel and the second decorated paper.
Eso es todo, salvo recordaros que en el grupo de Facebook de Conie Fong hay un reto de coloreado y otro de proyectos terminados.
