Ching-Chou Kuik: Sakura

En el segundo proyecto de inspiración para Ching-Chou Kuik de Otubre, el equipo de diseño tenía que "pensar en rosa" para concienciar sobre el cáncer de pecho.
This is my second inspiration project this October for Ching Chou Kuik. This time the Design Team have to think pink for breast cancer awareness.

 La estructura de la tarjeta es muy sencilla: se trata de hacer tres pliegues en una cartulina de once por seis pulgadas. El primer pliegue se hace a pulgada y media, el segundo a tres pulgadas y el tercero a 7 pulgadas. De esta forma queda un valle entre dos montañas... Creo que se llama "tarjeta escalón" siendo una estructura similar a las "step side card" pero incluso más sencilla.
The structure is very simple. you need a 6x11 inches white cardstock and have to fold it at 1" and a half, then at 3" and then again at 7". This way you will come out whith a valley between to montains...I think these ones are called "stair step cards", being a similar structure to "step side cards" but even easier.

Con respecto a la imagen, he elegido una que me parece preciosa. Se llama "Sakura" y la podéis encontrar aquí.

Las alas de la chica y de la pequeña mariposa llevan una capa de Clear Wink of Stella para un sutil brillo.

El papel decorado es de una colección de Stamperia llamada Fantasy, que ya he utilizado en alguna ocasión más, es sencillamente preciosa.
Tha fairy´s and butterfly´s wings have a layer of Clear Wink of Stella so they bright  softly. 
The decorated paper is from a Stamperia collection called Fantasy that I simply adore and have used several times.

Todos los bordes están envejecidos con tinta Distress Tea dye. Con esta misma tinta he estampado el sentimiento, que es de un set de troqueles y sellos de Spellbinders. Debajo del sentimiento hay una cinta rosa, también pensando en la importancia de concienciar sobre esta terrible enfermedad.
I have applied Distress Ink Tea Dye to all the edges. With this same ink I have stamped the sentiment, from a Spellbinders stamps and dies set.The sentiment is placed on a pink ribbon, like the pink ribbons used for breast cancer awareness.

En el escalón del fondo podéis ver un tag con misma cinta rosa, que lleva delante una delicada hoja.
At the second step, the one on the back, you can see a tag with the same pink ribbon and a delicated leaf on it.
