Ching Chou Kuik: Winter Fox

Hello everyone: 

                              

El último proyecto  de este año para Ching Chou Kuik es una tarjeta que tiene como protagonista una imagen llamada "Winter Fox" y que podéis encontrar AQUÍ

My last project for Ching Chou Kuik this year is a card showcasing a beautiful image called "Winter Fox" that can be found HERE

La he coloreado con rotuladores Copic, concretamente han sido:

I've coloured it with my Copic markers, especifically:

- Piel/Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00, E93

-Capa/Hood: B32, B34,B37, C0, C1, C3.

-Cabello/Hair: Y23,YR24, E99

-Labios/Lips: R20, R22

-Alas/Wings: R20, V20,V22, Blender, Wink of Stella Clear

-Ojos/Eyes: B32, B34, B37, multiliner negro, Posca blanco (Posca White)

-Zorro/Fox: C0, C1, C3, BV20, multiliner negro, Posca blanco(Posca White)

Una vez recortada, comencé con el diseño de la tarjeta:

Troquelé cartulina de glitter plateado con un troquel de Spellbinders (mi favorito de todos los tiempos y que ya me habéis visto en otras ocasiones)

Después pegué la imagen a dicha cartulina.

Once the image was coloured I cut it and started the design by die cutting a glitter silver cardstock with my favourite of all times dies that I've used many times in other projects ( from a Spellbinders set).

Then I placed the image on this cardstock.

Lo siguiente fue preparar la base de la tarjeta con un papel de acuarela y colocar encima cartulina texturizada azul (a juego con la imagen)

The next step was to make the card base with a watercolor paper and place on top a blue textured cardstock ( matching with the image)

Encima de dicha cartulina azul, un papel decorado de una colección de Navidad( con tonos muy suaves y neutros) y una cinta rosa con toques dorados, a juego con el sentimiento que es una pegatina de la misma colección,montada en cartulina plateada con glitter.

On top of the blue cardstock I placed a soft decorated paper from an old Christmas collection and on top the paper a pink and golden lace, matching the sentiment, a  sticker from the same Christmas collection.

El último detalle son unas hojas plateadas.

The final touch were some silver leaves.

Eso es todo, ahora ya ha llegado el momento de desearos una muy Feliz Navidad y un año próximo con muchas sonrisas y momentos que atesorar en nuestra memoria.

That's all,so now is the time for me to wish you a very happy Christmas and a new Year with lots of moments to treasure in your memories.

Keep calm and Merry Christmas

Hello everyone:

Quería mostraros el segundo trabajo de inspiración como diseñadora invitada para Conie Fong, una tarjetita con una imagen llamada  "Penguin flying kite" (pingüino volando cometa).
I would like to show you my latest inspiration project as a Guest designer for Conie Fong, a little card with a cute image called "Penguin flying kite" that can be found HERE

 Nuestro simpático pingüino está coloreado con rotuladores Copic, concretamente:
C0,C1,C3,BV20,C7,C9,100, E93, YR14,Y19.
This adorable pinguin is coloured with the next Copic markers: C0,C1,C3, BV20,C7,100,E93,YR14,Y19.
Además, la cometa está coloreada con G17,G28,YG03, R37,R35,R32 y unos detalles de Stickles de Ranger en los lacitos.
Besides, the kite is coloured with G17,G28,YG03,R37,R35,R32 and a layer of Ranger´s Stickles on the bows.
Una vez terminada la imagen, troquelé el panel con un troquel de cuadrado y utilicé uno mucho menor del mismo set para hacer una ventana.
Once the image was finished, I cut the panel with a square die and I used a smaller one from the same  set to make a little window.

Esa misma ventana la troquelé en una cartulina con el Keep Calm and Merry Christmas (mantén la calma y feliz navidad) que está hecho con ordenador.
The same window is cut in a cardstock with the sentiment "Keep Calm and Merry Christmas", generated by computer.
La base de la tarjeta es papel de acuarela de alto gramaje blanco (y también tiene troquelada la ventana).
The card base is a watercolour paper and it also has a window , all of them, placed at the same side.
¿Dentro de la ventana? Una casita con las luces encendidas (cartulina dorada que también veis debajo del panel con la imagen) y unas estrellas.
Inside the window? A little house with the lights on (thanks to a golden cardstock you can also see under the panel).
La casa se encuentra sujeta entre dos capas de acetato, las estrellas (con Stickles) están pegadas encima de dicho acetato.
The house is in place using two acetate layers, the stars (with Stickles) are glued on the acetate.

Entre la base de la tarjeta y el panel con el "Keep Calm"hay un filo de cartulina verde repasado con Copic (G28, mismo color que predomina en la cometa).
 Between the card base and the cardstock with the "Keep Calm" printed, there´s an edge of green cardstock coloured with Copic G28 to match with the kite.

 La verdad es que es muy sencillita, lo más complicado ha sido troquelar el cuadrado para la ventana en tantas capas y que éstas coincidieran.
It´s very simple, the most complicated thing was to place  the windows at the same side.
Pero el pingüino de Conie es monísimo y me encanta la frase que he elegido, ¡¡es tan tierno!
But Conie´s penguin is sooo cute and I love it, as well as the sentiment (all the keep calm make me laugh, especially the "keep calm and kill them all" but that´s not suitable for Christmas time, lol!)

Despedimos el año en Colouring con un reto navideño

¡Ay! que no llego.....
Hola a todos, vengo con mucha prisa a hablaros del reto vigente en Colouring in Scrapland, que tiene como tema opcional este mes....

...NAVIDAD/CHRISTMAS

Recordaros que los retos en Colouring son siempre todo vale, pero si participáis con nuestro tema opcional podéis presentar vuestro trabajo dos veces.

En cuanto a nuestro sponsor, tenemos la suerte de contar de nuevo con M.MEDEL ILLUSTRATIONS (adoramos a María, ¿verdad que sí?)

Recordemos que para participar en Colouring, lo principal es presentar un proyecto terminado de scrap que contenga una imagen coloreada manualmente con el medio que queráis.

Para toda la letra pequeña, os recomiendo una lecturita  rápida del apartado de NORMAS del blog de Colouring.

Para mi trabajo de inspiración, unas monas "cuqui tags" he utilizado unos nuevos sellos digitales de María que son, ¡eso! la mar de cuquis: Christmas mouse, Christmas dog y mi favorito, Christmas Kittie

No podían ser más sencillas ¿verdad? Pero quedan realmente monas ( a mi peque ya no tan peque le han encantado).

Primero he utilizado un set de troqueles en círculo con falso cosido para la base, hecha con papel de acuarela, y la he entintado con Distress Oxide.

Lo siguiente fue usar ese mismo troquel y el siguiente más pequeño para crear marcos (dos por cada cuqui tag para que resalten  bien de la base), esta vez con cartulina texturizada azul clarita.

Por supuesto he coloreado las tres imágenes con mis Copic (qué pesada soy) en tonos bastante parecidos .

He recortado los animalitos y los he pegado en el centro de la base ya entintada.

Luego, ese sello de Lora Bailora que siempre me ha encantado (siente la magia), estampado con Memento negra.

Un agujero con eyelet azulito gracias a mi queridísima Crop a dile y una cadenita de esas con bolitas para acabar las cuqui tags...

¡ah no! ¿y mis Stickles? Pues alrededor del fondo, haciendo copitos brillantes de nieve y estrellitas (gracias a un stencil)

Ching Chou Kuik: A Christmas Tree

Continuamos hoy con el reto en el blog de Ching Chou Kuik  que nos han propuesto este diciembre, cuyo tema es:

Today I would like to show you my second inspiration project for the current challenge at the Ching Chou Kuik blog, which theme is:

FELIZ NAVIDAD/FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS

HAPPY CHRISTMAS/HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Como trabajo de inspiración en esta ocasión, he decidido hacer un tag con base de madera y con una preciosa imagen llamada "A Christmas Tree" que podéis encontrar AQUÍ (tanto la versión con el marco vegetal, que he usado yo, como sin ella).

This time, I've decided to create a tag ( the base is a wood tag) showcasing a beautiful image called "A Christmas Tree" that can be found here ( with and without frame).

Para colorear la imagen, he utilizado tanto rotuladores Copic, (además en el vestido de nuestro angelito, Stickles de Ranger y bolígrafos de gel).

To colour the image I've used Copic markers mainly, but the dress has details with gel pens and Ranger's Stickles.

En la siguiente foto se puede apreciar mejor la imagen, incluido el brillo del "corpiño" que le he añadido.

The details of the colouring can be seen better on the next picture, especially the shine of the transparent fabric I've created at the upper part of the dress.

El fondo también está hecho con rotuladores Copic (de la gama B, concretamente:B24,B26,B29,B39, blender) y bolígrafo de gel blanco para las estrellas.

The background is also coloured with Copic markers (a night sky and some distant mountains made with B24, B26, B29 and B39) the stars are coloured with white and blue gel pen.
Para terminar, he colocado cola y plumas blancas en las alas y lentejuelas en forma de estrellas rojas en el cielo.

The fairy's wings were also coloured, but then I decided to turn her into an angel by placing some white feathers.
En cuanto al tag, la base de madera, a la que he añadido cartulina "polvo de estrellas" de la marca Yo soy scraper@.

Regarding the tag, I've placed some shiny cardstock called "star dust" from Yo soy scraper@ to a wood base
En el agujero de la tag he puesto un brad o encuadernador y un lazo plateado pegado con silicona caliente por la parte de atrás.

At the hole of the tag I've placed a brad and a piece of silver ribbon with hot glue.
Antes de colocar la imagen previamente recortada por el marco, he utilizado pasta de textura de nieve sobre un stencil de copos y, una vez seco todo, he colocado ramitas plateadas alrededor del tag.

Before placing the image (cut following the shape of the frame), I've used texture paste through a snowflake stencil.

One dried, I've placed some glittered silver branches on the tag surface.
Una vez colocada la imagen en el diseño, he terminado el conjunto con unos troquelados de copos de nieve entintados con Distress, unas pequeñas lentejuelas con forma de copos y unas maderitas (también con la misma forma y que llevan una capa de Stickles).

Once the image was placed, finished the design with some snowflake die cuts, sequins and chipboards ( these last with a layer of Stickles on top)
En cuanto al sentimiento, es una imagen digital de Lily of the Valley.

Regarding the sentiment, it's a digital image from Lily of the valley.
En esta foto se aprecia mejor el brillo del vestido (conseguido con los bolígrafos de gel y los Stickles).

You can see all the shine of the dress ( made with gel pens and some Stickles) in the next picture.

Ching Chou Kuik: Poinsettia in December

Vuelvo a retomar los proyectos de Navidad, esta vez para enseñaros una "easel card" (o tarjeta caballete) circular, que he hecho como inspiración para el nuevo reto de Ching Chou Kuik, cuyo tema este diciembre es:
I´m back with new Christmas projects, this time a circular easel card that I´ve made as inspiration for the current challenge at Ching Chou Kuik, which theme is:

FELIZ NAVIDAD/FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS

HAPPY CHRISTMAS/HAPPY BIRTHDAY

La imagen con la que he decidido trabajar esta vez es una nueva creación de Ching Chou Kuik llamada "Poinsettia in December" que podéis encontrar AQUÍ.

The brand new image I´ve decided to showcase this time is called "Poinsettia in December" and can be found HERE

Nuestro precioso ángel está coloreado con rotuladores Copic, lápices Polychromos de Faber-Castell y detalles de Stickles  de Ranger.
También utilicé un spray con agua y Perfect Pearls para darle un extra de brillo
The beautiful angel is coloured with Copic markers, Faber-Castell Polychromos and details of Ranger´s Stickles.
I´ve used a spray with water and Perfect Pearls to give some extra shine
La base está hecha por medio de troqueles circulares (festoneados los rojos y con falso cosido los blancos).
The card base is made with two circular dies (the red one a scalloped circle and the white one with stitch details).
También he usado un troquel de Spellbinders para troquelar una colección de papel de navidad (los podéis ver debajo del ángel y de las poinsettias de la base).
I´ve also used a Spellbinders die to die cut some Christmas decorated paper (the die cut you can see under the image and under the poinsettias).
Otro troquel de hojas (troquelado cinco veces) ha sido dorado con polvos de embossing y colocadas en el diseño, así como unas poinsettias cortadas con la Portrait (el archivo es de la tienda Silhouette)
Other die (leaves) has been used several times and applied  on them golden embossing powder.
The poinsettias are from a Silhouette store file.

A las poinsettias las he dado forma con buril y pistola de calor y tienen una capa de Stickles de Ranger.
With some dual tip stylus and the heat gun I gave shape to the poinsettias and finish them with some details of Stickles.

El último detalle de la composición, el sentimiento, es un sello digital de Lili of the Valley.

Libreta como diseñadora invitada de Conie Fong (diciembre-Little Blossom)

 ¿Qué os parece si hoy nos tomamos un descanso pequeñito de los proyectos de Navidad? Pero pequeñito, ¿eh? Enseguida volveré a las andadas, que queda mucho diciembre por delante.
Do you fancy a little break for Christmas projects? Just for a short time, because soon enough I will be making them again, there are still too many Decembers days left after all.

Mi primer proyecto de este  mes como diseñadora invitada de Conie Fong es una sencilla libreta que he hecho con una imagen llamada "Little Blossom" y que podéis encontrar aquí (en la versión con fondo o sin fondo)
My first creation for this month as a Guest Designer for Conie Fong is an uncomplicated notebook from scratch that I´ve made with a beautiful image called "Little Blossom" that can be found HERE (with or without background).

 

 La imagen está coloreada con rotuladores Copic con las siguientes combinaciones:
The image is coloured with Copic markers with the next combinations:
-Piel/skin:E11,E21,E00,E000,E93,V29,R20
-Cabello/hair:E13,E15,, E17,E18
-Vestido/dress:E31,E31,E33,BG72,BG75
-Verdiazul/blue-green:BG70.BG72,BG75 (zapatos, lazos....)
-Fondo/background:BG70,BG000
-Ojos/eyes:B91,B93
-Flores rosas/pink flowers:E04,R85,R83,R81,blender
-Flores rojas/red flowers: E07,R29,R24,R22
-Hierba/grass: G21,G20,G24
-Wink of Stella(clear) para el brillo que podéis observar que tienen las flores/Wink of Stella for the shine you can see on the flowers.


Imprimí dos veces el sello para recortar algunas de las flores de uno de ellos y (después de colorearlas) colocarlas donde corresponde en el otro sello por medio de almohadillas de foam de distintos grosores.
I printed twice the image and I used one to cut some of the coulored flowers and place them on the other printed image with some 3D foam squares.

La estructura es muy sencilla: Un pliego gordito de folios doblados por la mitad, cogidos a las tapas (una cartulina gris texturizada) por medio de un cordón rojo que va anudado por dentro de los folios y que por la parte externa pasa a las tapas por medio de dos agujeros con eyelets.

The structure is simple: Several folded sheets binding to the covers (gray textured cardstock) with a red cord that is tied on the inner side and goes to the covers through some holes with eyelets.

El cordón lleva dos charms metálicos (una flor y una hoja).

There are two metallic charms (one leaf and a flower) at the red cord.

La portada está decorada con el panel con la imagen (troquelado con un troquel de rectángulo festoneado de "La Pareja Creativa"), montada sobre cartulina roja texturizada y cartulina negra corrugada.

The main cover is decorated with the image panel (cut with a die  from "La Pareja Creativa") placed on red textured cardstock and black corrugated cardstock.

Además, la colección de Stamperia "Oriental Garden", con estética y caracteres japoneses.

Besides, the Stamperia collection "Oriental Garden" with japanese elements.

Un chipboard de Kora y unas florecitas de Prima (las rojas eran rosas también, están coloreadas con Copic y llevan brillo de Wink of Stella).

A chipboard from Kora and some Prima flowers (the red ones used to be pink but they are coloured with red Copics and some clear Wink of Stella for the shine you can see at the picture).

El sentimiento "Earth laughs in flowers" (el mundo se ríe con flores), también es de la colección "Oriental Garden".

The title or sentiment, "Earth laughs in flowers" is also from the " Oriental Garden" collection.
